Support your favorite authors / manhua on Bili Bili! (IOS edition)

Since LILY and LALA will be back very soon, it is a great timing to write a tutorial about how to support your favorites financially on the Bili Bili APP for non chinese readers. Regarding how to register on the Bili Bili APP, Pei has made a lovely tutorial and you can find it here. I’m very sorry, this will be a tutorial for the IOS APP since i have no access to the payment gateway which is used widely in the Mainland China for now.

This will be less detailed from my usual tutorials ( i usually translate the contents on the entire user interface in case anyone finds those details useful) because i have an thumb injury right now, and i have been asked by the doctor to rest my fingers ( DAMN IT!).

Step 1: locate that yellow button there and click on it.

Step 2: You will then see something similar to this. Click on the yellow button below.

Step 3: You will see the most important pop up right now, it will show you a selection that you can choose from a list. Click on the figure you are comfortable with, and that will be the amount you will be contributing to the author. For users who have zero credits to begin with, the user interface will bring to another window to purchase coins before coming back to this.

Step 4: After you have sent the coins, you will see your ranking on the chart. Just click on the yellow button on step 1 if you don’t find it. And yea, I’m on number 08 on this list in this screenshot.

That is the end of this tutorial, but you can use the same method to support other authors on Bili Bili.
